He joined the family business in 1994 and took care of the sales network in Italy and marketing, introducing new strategies and made significant contributions to development.
In 1996 he took charge of the whole company and today is President.

Education and career
He has an honours degree in Sociology and an IGI diploma in Gemology. Before entering into the family business he successfully made a career for himself in the real estate sector, where he worked for some years.

Vice President of the Damiani Group, he is also involved in the acquisition of raw materials, product development and sales relations.

Education and career
Immediately after having completed his high school Business diploma in 1990 he joined the family business and learnt the various stages of working gold. He gained experience in different areas of the business, in particular techniques of valuing and buying various precious materials. He subsequently became International Distribution Manager and acquired extensive knowledge of the foreign markets. He then took on the role of running the areas of Buying and Raw Materials and Creation and Product Development, taking on the role of Art Director. In 1994 he won a Diamonds International Award.

She is Vice President of the Damiani Group and is particularly involved in the Group’s external relations and image. She then ran the Advertising Department and contributed to the change in publicity which led to the use of internationally recognised testimonials who reflected the image of the Group’s various brands. She subsequently took on the role of Image Director and VIP Relations. In 1996 she won a Diamonds International Award.

She has an IPSOA master’s degree in Business Management and an IGI diploma in Gemology. In 1985 she joined the family business and gained significant experience in buying pearls and also spent a long time working with the creative staff.

Education and career
He has a degree in Political Economics from Bocconi University in Milan. He is a registered Business Consultant and Auditor. He worked for the Pirelli Group where he was head of International Tax and then co-managed the Tax and Operations Sector. He had previously gained important experience in finance and administration working for Pirelli (highly quoted on the stock exchange) in Switzerland. 
He actively took part in reshaping the pneumatics sector and in launching Tyre Holding on the Amsterdam stock exchange. He is currently a partner in Tax Advisors S.A. in Lugano.

He has a degree in Business Economics from Bocconi University in Milan. He is a registered Business Consultant and Auditor. He is a manager at the auditing company Peat Marwick & Mitchell (now KPMG) as well as being a partner in the Lawyers’ Studio Tributario Biscozzi Nobili. His area of expertise is civil and tax questions linked to the company budget and he also contributes to magazines and newspapers that specialise in taxation and budgeting.

She has a degree in Management Engineering from Politecnico University in Milan. She is Chief Executive Officer at DGPA SGR, Corporate Finance & Private Equity Advisory, providing a full service assistance in valuation, investments selection, business & financial due diligence, negotiation and closing analysis in any kind of agreement. She had previously gained important experience at other advisory companies and at the Borsa Italiana Listing Department.
